Summary of Grant Submission Requirements
- Your organization must be able to provide the Foundation with a copy of your currently valid Internal Revenue Service exemption letter designating it as a 501(c)(3) organization.
- Your organization must be physically located within one of these counties of Western New York State: Erie, Genesee, Cattaraugus, Wyoming, Niagara, Chautauqua, and Allegany.
- This Foundation is prohibited by Charter restrictions from giving grants to sectarian organizations and does not make any grants to individuals.
- The Foundation will not accept a grant application from your organization within eighteen months following the date any prior request was approved.
- Your organization must provide a complete copy of its most recent Tax Form 990.
