Grant Reports

Grantees can submit interim and final grant reports. Please refer to your Grant Report Agreement.

Standard questions on the grant report form:

  • What is the current “Status” of the Project?

  • What were the targeted outcome results?

  • Were there challenges?

  • Do you believe that this grant helped to build capacity for your organization?

  • How did this investment ultimately affect services and programming?

  • Fiscal Report-includes schedule of budgeted amounts per original proposal; actual expenditures and variances; accounting of the use of Western New York Foundation funds. (Any substantial variances should include an explanation.)
