Standard questions on the grant report form:
What is the current “Status” of the Project?
What were the targeted outcome results?
Were there challenges?
Do you believe that this grant helped to build capacity for your organization?
How did this investment ultimately affect services and programming?
Fiscal Report-includes schedule of budgeted amounts per original proposal; actual expenditures and variances; accounting of the use of Western New York Foundation funds. (Any substantial variances should include an explanation.)
